A foodbank supplier that has helped scores of families in Hadleigh and surrounding villages is desperately searching for space to store vital victuals.
Suffolk County Council has issued an appeal for available warehouse space to help provide supplies for the county's foodbanks and local charities.

A stabbing in Hadleigh's Market Place has been described by police as an 'isolated incident'.
Police were called to the Hadleigh Health centre on Tuesday afternoon when a man sought medical help after being stabbed.

Babergh and Mid Suffolk's logo has been listed as one of the worst in the country.
Freelance writer and graphic designer Robin Wilde rated Babergh district council and its neighbour's logo as seventh bottom among the 399, which represent all of the UK's local authorities.

Suffolk police support volunteer Sarah Hills has won the Unsung Hero category in the national awards from the British Horse Society and picked up her certificate from its president Martin Clunes.
Sarah, a keen rider, is one of Suffolk Constabulary's mounted volunteers and part of the "Eyes and Ears" scheme encouraging rural communities to report any criminal activity in their neighbourhoods, including Hadleigh and surrounding villages.

Hadleigh mayor Frank Minns has once again denied he is a hypocrite for representing the town at a remembrance parade, despite failing to take action when a councillor made prejudicial remarks against a veteran.
Cllr Minns, a former Royal Navy Commander, has been dogged by the allegation since he used his casting vote to rule against holding an investigation into comments made by Cllr Carol Schleip who admitted being prejudicial against ex-services, during a recruitment process.

A man has been questioned under caution by police after a person in his 70s died in Hadleigh on Saturday..
Police were contacted at just after 3pm on 20 November by the Ambulance Service, reporting they had been called to attend a man in need of urgent medical attention at an address in Edwin Panks Road, it has been confirmed
