Hadleigh residents will be able to borrow iPads for free as from tomorrow in a new initiative designed to help people communicate better with Babergh district council.

26 new iPads, all with 4G internet connectivity and a range of pre-installed applications and web links, will be available for free to anyone in Babergh and neighbouring Mid Suffolk to borrow, as from tomorrow (Tuesday, October 19).

Canadian born Jason started his musical career with a short-lived band called 'The Walk' before moving to Los Angeles then came to Colchester, Essex in 2010 with his English wife. The couple have been living in Hadleigh for two years, and he he looking forward to presenting 'The Classic Horror Experience', at The Old School on October 30.

Broom Hill in Hadleigh is among woodland benefitting from a joint bid by a number of Suffolk's authorities has secured funding from the Forestry Commission to plant around 3,000 trees this coming planting season.
