As Rowland Taylors Ghost you were surely ecstatic to realise your 21 century relatives from America visited Hadleigh a few days ago. Clutching the Foxes book of Martyrs they went into the church on a Friday during Cafe Church and accidently met with the Mayor, Gordon McLeod.

They were delighted that not only did the Mayor talk to them about the Church, Deanery Tower and Guildhall but he took them up to Aldham Common to pay their respects to both your curate, Richard (Yeoman), and your memorial which the people of Hadleigh erected to honour your martyrdom.

A few years ago I met one of your relatives visiting from America who was actually called Rowland Taylor, although you, the ghost, was not obviously haunting Hadleigh at the time I hope you managed to enjoy his visit also.
