Hadleigh United will be looking to consolidate their Thurlow Nunn Premier Division status against near neighbours Brantham at Millfield tonight.

Steve Holder's Hadleigh have enjoyed mixed fortunes of late with two wins and a draw in their last five games and sit in15th place.

The Brettsiders have bolstered their squad for the final leg of the season by signing striker Asa Milliard from Whitton Utd.

The Blue Imps sit precariously third from bottom and manager Pip Boyland has moved to strengthen his hand too by securing the services of Billy Hunt and Jamie McGrath.

Much travelled Hunt has enjoyed spells at Stanway Rovers, Heybridge Swifts, Romford, Witham Town, Aveley, Brightlingsea and Needham Market.

McGrath has signed on a dual registration basis from East Bergholt and will only be available for midweek games.

McGrath goes straight into the squad tonight, while Jack Marshall is also available after returning from injury, but Hunt has been ruled out for an instant appearance.

Tonight's game, which was rearranged after being postponed at Christmas, kicks off at 7.45pm.
