Mystery surrounds events at Hadleigh Food Bank after two more trustees abruptly resigned from the charity.
Chair Ruth Lucas and treasurer Paul Shipperley have both stepped down from their positions, and have refused to explain why they have resigned.
The duo follow in the footsteps of Sasha Lawrence who resigned from the Hadleigh Food Bank Charity last December.
The only original trustee at the charity, set up in September last year, is Angela Gregg, who was joined by Elliott Rix and Linda De Nasai as trustees in January this year.
Two more trustees were appointed yesterday (March 14) when Myalee Chaytor and Hollie Gregg joined the list, which has been updated on the Charity Commission's website.
Mrs Gregg was also the co-founder of the food bank along with Neil Bevis and they provided food parcels, and then cycle hire and recycled laptops.
An acrimonious split last August saw the pair go their own way with Mr Bevis setting up the Just Food group in Hadleigh, which operates from the Ansell Centre in Hadleigh.
Mrs Lucas and Mr Shipperley both failed to respond to our invitation to comment, while Mrs Gregg told Nub News none of the current trustees would be talking publicly about the reasons for the latest resignations.
