Michelle Denny Recruitment are delighted to be working with fellow regional business Scrutton Bland to assist them in finding a new Marketing and Communications Executive to join a growing team (currently four). Although predominantly based in Ipswich, this role is offered on a hybrid basis with the ability to work from home or on of the other offices in Bury St Edmunds or Colchester. This new position will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company s communication strategy across various platforms to increase brand presence and engage with target audiences. What you will be doing Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies with the goal being to promote the company s services and enhance visibility of the brand
• Design and implement compelling content for digital marketing campaigns across various platforms
• Identify relevant news and communication ideas which are industry appropriate
• Ensure a consistent message across marketing efforts by liaising with internal teams
• Ensure that staff are informed and engaged by internal communications
• Organise and support events to promote brand awareness and foster client relationships
• Providing insights and recommendations for improvement to marketing campaign performance

What you can offer To be successful in this exciting role, you will be able to demonstrate:

• Proven experience in a marketing communications (marcomms) role, preferably in a professional services company
• Keen eye for detail with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• A creative thinking mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively work on multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-pace environment
• Proficiency with a variety of digital marketing tools and platforms
• Whilst not essential, it would be nice if you had a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
