Business Development Assistant - Are you ready to empower individuals and make a positive impact? Do you have strong communication and business development skills?

IKON is a dynamic training company currently experiencing rapid growth and is looking for a Business Development Assistant to join the team. As a vital team member, you will be responsible for supporting the business in various tasks in Ipswich, Suffolk.

As the Business Development Assistant, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our training services. As the first point of contact for a diverse client base, you will champion our mission and values through strategic initiatives and relationship building.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and contact potential clients using phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
  • Present our value proposition to potential clients, and close deals to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Track sales activities and performance, providing regular reports to management through our CRM system

As our Business Development Assistant, you will be passionate about business development and eager to grow with us. You will have the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, and a results-driven attitude to achieve and exceed sales targets. Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues are crucial. Attention to detail, marketing best practises, data analysis, strong ICT skills, proficiency in various software are also important for this role.

This role is full-time working Monday Friday. On offer is a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, 28 days leave including Bank Holidays, 3 days Christmas shut down, company away days, a pension scheme, and free parking.
