Are you an experienced Care Home Manager looking for an exciting career move to an support role? Our client is on the hunt for a dedicated Regional Support Manager who can enhance their team and ensure that residents receive top-notch care across all their Care homes. Thus role is commutable from Ipswich, Norfolk, Felixdtowe, Lowestoft and surrounding areas. As a Regional Support Manager you'll enjoy a salary of up to 65,000. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic operations, management covering elderly care homes across the South East As a Regional Support Manager, your assignments will include:
- Working closely with the Home Managers and Deputy Managers to embed a culture of quality improvement across all homes.
- Helping homes to deliver established actions within approved timescales.
- Acting as an ambassador for the company, driving the message of quality across all care services.
- Exercising excellent practice management and encouraging a culture of continuous improvement.
- Developing and implementing professional standards and monitoring adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
- An annual salary up to 65,000 plus bonus.

- At least of 3 years' background working in as a Care Home Manager within a Nursing homes
- Qualified Nurse (Essential)
