Salary £33,000 - £46,000 per annum DOE FTE + NHS pension + 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays + Study Leave

Your role

• Essential experience as a Practice Nurse comfortable with all routine Practice Nurse responsibilities and Chronic Disease Management.
• Opportunity to progress and become a prescriber if not already.
• Flexible around start and finish times.

• Very minimal home visits.
