Nursing Home Manager

Salary- £62,000 to £65,000

Hours- Monday- Friday 9-5.30pm (With expectations to work the hours needed for the home to run efficiently).

The Recruitment Crowd are currently looking for an experienced Registered Nursing Home Manager for a beautful home in Ipswich.

This role could be for you if you have:

Previous management experience in a nursing home setting is essential along with the ability to create a compassionate and respectful environment for your staff and residents. A strong commercial acumen is desirable as you will be accountable for the operations and activities within the home.

You will be responsible for Overseeing all aspects of the home from quality and governance, retention and recruitment and financial performance, you will have a proven track record of meeting CQC standards and building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Previous - Good CQC track record.

Longevity in previous roles and a passion for working in care.

A registered Nurse with valid PIN is desirable but not essential for this position as you will be supported in the home by a Clinical Deputy Manager.
