These fun, social and engaging classes are for anyone who identifies as an older adult, or feels the class would benefit their physical and mental well-being.

They aim to provide the invaluable trio of dance, laughter and a cup of tea. The sessions are designed to boost your fitness, include a chance to socialise and connect with others, but most importantly to have fun. Sessions are suitable for all levels of mobility and no dance experience is necessary. Seated and standing options in class.

The classes are taught by professional Dance Artist Karen Louise with wonderful & friendly Support Artists; Beth, Emily and Louise.

The first class is free to try, and £5.00 per session afterwards. The fee is paid in installments to help keep the classes sustainable.
