Livid Hadleigh boss Steve Holder could barely contain his fury and frustration as his side let slip a lead to lose 2-1 against relegation threatened Brantham in a thrilling clash at Millfield.

A Bildeston Rangers coach has been handed a seven game touchline ban and fined after losing his appeal to the Football Association, it has been confirmed.

James Beckett, Rangers' assistant manger, was charged by Suffolk FA with two charges of improper conduct including foul and abusive language, with one aggravated by a person's race or sexuality.

Event organisers SweetSpot have revealed the 2022 race will begin at Colchester's Northern Gateway Sports Park for an opening leg through Essex and south Suffolk before culminating on Bury St Edmunds' Angel Hill.
