Sunday afternoon, cuddle up and enjoy a night at the movies with A Man Called Otto, at Monks Eleigh Village hall.

Based on the comical and moving New York Times bestseller, A Man Called Otto tells the story of Otto Anderson (Tom Hanks), a grumpy widower whose only joy comes from criticising and judging his exasperated neighbours .

When a lively young family moves in next door, he meets his match in quick-witted and very pregnant Marisol, leading to an unexpected friendship that will turn his world upside-down.

Friday night is the guaranteed tasty Thali night at The Red Lion in Chelmondiston, in addition to its usual menu.

The Red Lion serves all the pub classics along with interesting dishes created around seasonal ingredients and local produce as much as possible. Children and dog friendly, there is also have a beautiful courtyard where you can enjoy a glass of wine or a pint or two.
