On this day in 1977, ninety sets of Swedish identical twins travelled to Suffolk for a brief shopping trip. The twins arrived in Felixstowe on the Tor Scandinavia and were taking part in studies by researchers from the Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm, with scientists investigating links between the environment and human behaviour.
