Did you know?

October is a wonderful time for bird spotting with number of rare breeds stopping off in the Hadleigh, and other parts of Suffolk. An Steppe Grey Shrike was spotted in woods near the town yesterday, and there was also an Osprey sighting in Shotley and Felixstowe (it may been the same one) while two red-breasted flycatchers excited those with binoculars near the resort.

It will be a bright day with sunny spells. A few showers are likely in the morning but most areas probably staying dry. Showers developing for the afternoon becoming more frequent, occasionally heavy and it will turn quite breezy. Maximum Temperature 16c, low of 6c.
