Police are appealing for witnesses or information after an attempted break-in at a home in Homefield, Boxford.

The householder awoke at 6am on Saturday 4 February after hearing a noise and found a bedroom window had been unlatched and left wide open.

The suspect(s) then left without gaining entry.

Officers want to hear from anyone who saw the incident or who was driving past at the time and has dashcam footage. They are asked to contact Suffolk Police, quoting crime reference 37/6983/23.
