£80,000 of grant funding is now available for community projects in the Suffolk & Essex Coast & Heaths National Landscape and £30,000 is available in the Dedham Vale National Landscape.

Grants are available to individuals, organisations such as schools and wildlife conservationists, and community groups to fund projects that help to conserve and enhance the special landscape and support projects that benefit the areas environmental, economic and social aspects. .

Previous examples of projects funded include wildlife habitat creation (including tree and hedgerow planting), installing accessible paths and information boards, improving resident and visitor understanding and experience of the areas and supporting sustainable visitor businesses.

For full information, guidance, applications forms and more, please visit either the Dedham Vale or Suffolk & Essex Coast & Heaths National Landscape websites accordingly.
