The trial dates for a 73-year-old man from Hadleigh charged with a number of sex offences has been set by a Crown Court judge.

Michael Wren of Weavers Close, Hadleigh, appeared in court last Thursday for a plea and trial preparation hearing, which was adjourned until June 6 for a psychological report to be prepared.

Conditional bail for Wren was continued by Judge Nicola Talbot-Hadley until his trial, set for July 29 next year, and is expected to which is expected to last five days.
