Hadleigh Job of the Week: Graduate technical sales engineer

Serve Talent have partnered with a successful engineering business to recruit a Technical Sales Engineer for their manufacturing facility based in Hadleigh, earning £24,000 - £26,000 per annum.

You, as the Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for promoting the sale of company products and services and maintaining the existing customer base.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Generate new sales leads as well as develop existing relationships with a wide range of national and international customer accounts.

Manage the complete process of lead generation, estimating, quotation and order processing.

Work with the companies experienced Engineering team to develop your own product knowledge as well as working closely with them to develop new and existing products.

Some national & international travel will be required to meet new and existing customers.

Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions and technical committees.

Ideally you'll have:

A technical sales background within Engineering - ideally fabrication.

Sales & Estimating experience.

B2B sales experience.

You'll be someone who holds a strong personality but is sensitive to existing systems and history.
