Customer account executive

Do you have experience in an office-based product customer service role?

What's involved?

• Learning and embracing all product knowledge from across the business.
• Promote the range of products and utilise your knowledge to upsell the products to your dedicated customer accounts.
• Build sustainable relationships across your accounts, so that your customers can use you as their point of contact for all queries.
• Manage stock, purchase orders and liaise with both customers and suppliers.
• Go to the occasional customer visit to further the relationship.
• Support the external sales team and provide any necessary data.
• Manage the forecasts / monitor the progression of orders, and ensure all deliveries are scheduled in on time.

Why you?

You will have proven office-based customer service experience and will be able to multitask and manage your time effectively. You will be able to understand customer forecasting and will have the ability to work within a team setting and to be flexible supporting all colleagues of all levels. You will be confident, able to communicate clearly, and will have great Microsoft office application experience, especially within excel.
