A Hadleigh High butcher is set to close today, less than a year after opening in the town's High Street

Innes Family Butchers, that replaced the Jolly Meat Company last November, took to social media to say once the stock on the counter has been sold, they will be closing completely.

A statement on the company's Facebook page read: "It is with a heavy heart to tell you all that today will be our last day of trading in Hadleigh.

"We will fill you in with more of the details tomorrow but once our counter is clear, we will be closing the door.

"Thanks for all your custom.

"David and the team."
