Hadleigh gardens will be open for viewing

RESIDENTS and visitors to Hadleigh will get the chance to enjoy some of its blooming marvels tomorrow (Saturday, 1 June).

The 'Hidden Gardens of Hadleigh' features local gardens which will be open from 11am to 5pm.

The event has been organised by the Friends of St Mary's Church, Hadleigh, and all the proceeds go towards the upkeep of the church and the Deanery Tower. It is their biggest fundraising event of the year.

Benton End House, the home of the late painter and plantsman Sir Cedric Morris. It was the location of his East Anglian School of Painting and Drawing.
