A Hadleigh councillor has gone viral after an internet star showed him doing his day job as a sceptic tank specialist.

Andrew Knock, who owns AK Services based in Hadleigh, was filmed by Samantha Harvey after he interrupted her while she was singing at her home, in a village between Hadleigh and Needham Market.

Samantha, who has more than 2.29million followers on YouTube and is a social media sensation and said: "Respect to anyone that does that job mate," and posted the video, on her instagram account which was spotted by more than 320,000 fans.

It was one of her young fans that spotted the moment, told her dad, who is a friend of Andrew, and he called him up.

Andrew said: "A mate asked me if I had been working in the Barking area and I asked him how he knew. He then sent me the link and I had to laugh, it really was me. Fame at last."

Samantha Harvey has recently released a cover version of Ruelle's, 'I Get To Love You' which is filmed in a bathroom, but was not the song she was singing when Andrew arrived to empty her tank.
