Babergh's Conservative portfolio holder for the environment, Sian Dawson, has been picked out doing her bit for recycling after appearing on a social media clip.

Cllr Dawson, who represents Hadleigh North, was shown in a humourous, if slightly embarrassing moment, during Monday's Babergh cabinet meeting picking her nose, and then nibbling on the content.

A person can be heard tittering at the 12 second clip, which has been shared on social media, with Nub News being sent a clip from YouTube, which has the potential to go viral.

One comment included said: "I see the member for environment is really doing her bit for recycling."

"Another said: "Go on girl, root it out."
