Former masters rower for Great Britain, Sarah Stirling, has spoken of the life changing physiotherapy she received from Claire Jacobs, of Fitframe physio, that enabled her to walk without pain again after doctors told her that her feet had collapsed.

In a short mini-film shot by Ipswich based cinematographer 'Cadenza films', Sarah tells of how she had been stuck on excessive amounts of pain killers, and in pain from the moment she stepped out of bed in the morning.

Thankfully, qualified physiotherapist Claire knew of the most appropriate foot surgeon to help Sarah. Following an operation, Claire coached Sarah on her road to recovery, enabling her to row again; something that Sarah describes as 'glorious'.

This film is just one of several testimonials from Claire's patients that have been filmed, and will be released on Instagram @fitframephysio and @cadenzafilms.

Claire, who herself used to run for Great Britain, has worked as a qualified physiotherapist for 15 years.

She worked for several years managing an APPI physiotherapy clinic in Hampstead, London, before returning to her home county of Suffolk to set up Fitframe physio, now based at Kersey Mill.

After an initial assessment, Claire formulates a personal treatment plan for each of her patients. She also offers running assessments with the use of video analysis, women's health assessments using real time ultrasound, sports massages, and also pilates classes at several locations in Hadleigh and the surrounding area, as well as online sessions.

More information can be found on Claire's Fitframe website or Instagram page.
