Fire crews rescue dog from slurry pit near Hadleigh

Firefighters using specialist equipment have rescued a from a slurry pit near Hadleigh.

Fire crews from Hadleigh and two from Ipswich went to The Channel, in Flowton, following reports that an animal was in difficulties.

Firefighters found a dig trapped in a slurry pit but managed to release the animal by using water rescue equipment shortly after 3pm yesterday, Saturday January 9.
