Cross and lectern stolen from church near Hadleigh

Police are appealing for information after a brass cross and lectern were stolen from St Mary's Church in Burstall, near Hadleigh.

The Victorian cross, which is between two and three feet in length, and the 18-inch lectern were taken from the church's locked vestry between 9 and 11 April.

Anyone who has any information about the theft or where the stolen items are is asked to contact Suffolk Police, quoting crime reference number: 37/21402/23.
