Babergh's annual charity civic dinner, has raised £11,000 for charity

The event was held in the historic Jellicoe Room at Royal Hospital School, where £11,136 was raised for the Blossom Appeal, helping to fund a new Breast Care Centre at Ipswich Hospital.

Current Babergh chair Cllr Kathryn Grandon said: "Thank you to all the guests, sponsors and helpers for their generous support.

"It was a wonderful event and being able to raise so much for this a fantastic cause was amazing and a lot of fun too."
