Angela Wiltshire and Hadleigh mayor Frank Minns with donation to Afghan refugees

Hadleigh councillors including Huw Roberts, Andrew Knock and mayor Frank Minns have led the way with donations for Afghan refugees.

Angela Wiltshire made the collection at the beginning of the town council's monthly meeting on Thursday, September 16.

She also took donations from Suffolk Labour Women's branch for Refugee Help Sudbury, which included pants, socks, towels and toiletries.
