Fantastic role is available with our client within their L&D team, we are hiring a trainer/training officer to join our client on a full tme basis within their offices in Ipswich. This client are fantastic and are funding qualifications for the succesful candidate.

This role will be actively engaged in the successful delivery of a suite of robust and comprehensive learning and development training modules. You will be joining a diverse culture, where they pride themselves on teamwork and have initiatives that make it a great place to work.

The role is fundamental to ensuring the ability of the business to deliver effective best practice compliant services to clients that meet their expectations and the requirements of the regulatory framework. Responsible for the ensuring the successful delivery of a holistic training environment that runs from a day 1 induction programme, will include basic customer engagement practice, through technical and regulatory subjects and subsequent continuous improvement.

Duties:

  • Deliver specific training including local induction, continuous improvement and refresher training, ensuring effective transfer of knowledge through evaluation and feedback.
  • Work with management to identify specific training needs across the Servicing function and to develop materials and deliver the appropriate learning to meet the needs of the business.
  • Organise workload of self in conjunction with the team to meet business/regulatory timescales, standards and deadlines.
  • Create guides, presentations and materials that support in the delivery of training workshops.
  • Manage and complete administration tasks required for the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Continuously develop and improve current training initiatives and workshops.
  • To research, investigate and learn about new topics in the industry in order to create and maintain the relevance and currency of training sessions.
  • Ensuring materials and messages meet business, legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience within a training / trainer role
  • CIPD is desirable. if not the company will fund this
  • Creativity, patience and desire to make a difference
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
  • Experience delivering training to people of all seniority's and levels
