Your new company Working in the professional services industry for a growing, family-run organisation, you will join as an Administrator, supporting the firm with all aspects of administrative support to aid their growth and online presence.

Your new role As an Administrator, you will be part of the Client Servicing Team and assist with multiple duties to support the wider teams. Duties include: handling and disposal of sensitive client documentation, filing and following up on client paperwork, producing new files, sourcing for information and producing analytics/monthly reports, professional telephone calls, letters of correspondence, and building a strong network of professionals and an online presence.

What you'll need to succeed You will have prior administrative experience in an office environment and be willing to learn and develop your professional skill set in the professional services industry. You will be dedicated to being professional at all times, taking responsibility and ownership of duties, and adding to the positive, empathetic, and respectful environment.
