Babergh making the difficult and controversial decision to consider implementing short-term parking charges in our car parks in Sudbury, Hadleigh and Lavenham.
Now the boy Samuel was ministering to the Lord under Eli. The word of the Lord was rare in those days; visions were not widespread.
Sounds coming from Babergh's cabinet meeting were not encouraging. But they were loud. Very loud. We could hear them in Hadleigh, all the way from Ipswich.
