Sunday Thought

Scripture tells us to envision that everyone shall sit under their own vine and fig tree and no one shall make them afraid.

If we're to live up to our own time, then victory won't lie in the blade, but in all the bridges we've made.

That is the promise to glade, the hill we climb, if only we dare.

Amanda Gorman

[B[Joke of the day:[.B]

I'm a poet and I know it

I dug, you dug, he dug, she dug, we all dug.

It's not a great poem, but it's deep.

Sunday reflection:

Collect for the Third Sunday of Epiphany

God of all mercy, your Son proclaimed good news to the poor, release to the captives, and freedom to the oppressed:

anoint us with your Holy Spirit and set all your people free to praise you in Christ our Lord.
