About The RoleCleaning Working SupervisorHadleigh£12.23 per hourMon-Fri 3-6pmA fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Cleaning Working Supervisor who will work at our client's prestigious site.This is a position that will suit an organised and energetic individual with great leadership skills as well as passion for cleaning and for people and likes to be hands-on.Duties as a Cleaning Working SupervisorAssist Area Manager and Remote Manager on cleaning operation for the siteManage and maintain cleaning equipment to high standardsProvide handover reports to Managers and client on a daily basisPrioritise health and safety at all levelsTrain, induct and supervise the work of cleaning operativesHand's on and prepared to help, guide and support operatives to achieve required service levelsEndorse new Company initiatives and ensure they are implemented on siteDue to the nature of the role, weekend work could be required for which you will be notified in advance and paid accordinglyCleaning working supervisor will provide feedback to the Cleaning Team in relation to their performance and service levelsWill organize Toolbox Trainings on Weekly basis, provided by Remote ManagerEnsure the smooth delivery of exceptional cleaning and related servicesComply with the Company accident reporting procedure and assist promptly and accurately in the completion of all relevant documentation/Report any issues to Manager or Remote ManagerRespond to emergency situations, ensuring minimal disruption to service deliveryBuild and maintain effective working relationships with key clientReport any building faults to the Facilities team via the use of TTs ( company ticket system) and apply signage as appropriateEscalate incidents or areas of concern to the Area ManagerConstantly project a professional image of the company by being an ambassador of Noonan's PRIDE values: Professionalism, Respect, Innovation, Determination and ExcellenceJob role requirements as a Cleaning Working SupervisorMinimum three years of Supervisor or Team Leader experience(Cleaning industry preferable)Must have a good understanding of industrial cleaning and great communication skills to support cleaning operativesMust have experience in corporate environmentHighly flexible hand's on attitude with a demonstrated willingness to take on a responsible approach to any issuesExcellent communication skillsOrganisational and time-management skillsBe a team player with the ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationshipsComfortable working alone and in a teamAbility to prioritise and manage an ever-changing workloadComputer literateBenefits as a Cleaning Working SupervisorPaid holidaysPension planOn-going trainingProgression opportunitiesAbout UsBidvest Noonan is a team of 27,000 passionate and customer-focused people.
