The Happy Parent & Child Initiative was set up to help nurture the mental health of both children and their Parents/caregivers. 

What we offer.

Creative Arts & Therapeutic Play therapy to children and young people,

Mental health support and therapy to those who are autistic, ADHD & PD,

Parent Coaching for parents struggling to manage their child's behaviour and who want to parent using therapeutic techniques

Parent Counselling for postnatal depression, OCD, Parental Burnout, depression, anxiety and more

Kinsley is first and foremost a mum to 5 children.

With two diagnosed autistic and adhd and Kinsley herself also has ADHD

She knows first hand the joys and challenges of raising neurodivergent children and being a neurodivergent parent
